This series of half-day or one-day sessions involve the facilitator (a SIJAC trainer or mentor) looking for what is missing in the motivation, process and activities of the sales team(s).

For example, it is not uncommon for a salesforce to be applying an old sales model in a market that has changed.

The facilitator quickly gets to the nub of the problem so that most of the the time is spent gaining commitment to action plans to overcome the identified limitations. The action plans are both Individual and Group.

The workshops are a particularly cost effective way of gaining individual and team commitment to sales goals previously considered impossible.
